The terms, plainly

• One-time payment. There is nothing further to pay, ever.
• Your position is non-transferable, with one exception: it may be transferred once to a spouse or direct descendant, on verification.
• Founder pricing does not stack with other promotions and does not apply to Collector or Vault editions.
• This is recognition and pricing — it conveys no equity, ownership, or profit share in Loyalty Beyond Beauty LLC.
