Charter 30 is a permanent founding position within Loyalty Beyond Beauty. This circle will close permanently once 30 positions are filled.

This position is not promotional and will never be reopened under the same designation.

• An annual founder appreciation keepsake, selected by LBBL, with timing and format determined by the company
• Private Founder recognition archive

Founders Terms & Clarifications

Charter 30 is a customer membership and founding-patron designation. It does not provide equity, ownership, voting rights, management authority, profit participation, revenue sharing, or any financial return.

The Charter 30 benefits apply to full-price Loyalty Beyond Beauty skincare products only.

The Charter 30 benefits do not stack with sitewide sales, promotions, bundles, discounted items, or temporary price reductions.

Collector Editions, Numbered Vault Releases, Precious-Metal Editions, and future subscription bundles are reserved at full value to preserve archival integrity — no founder discount applies to these releases.

The Charter 30 access is non-transferable, may not be resold, gifted, or shared, and is tied to the original purchaser's account.

In the event of a Charter 30 founder's passing, Charter 30 status may be transferred one time to a spouse or direct descendant upon request and verification.

Founder pricing applies to personal use only and may not be used for resale.

Any misuse, abuse, or attempt to circumvent these terms may result in revocation of The Charter 30 benefits at the sole discretion of Loyalty Beyond Beauty.

Charter Founders are more than customers — they are the first 30 patrons who helped build the next chapter of Loyalty Beyond Beauty. This circle will close permanently once 30 positions are filled.
