We want you to know the return rules before you order.

Return window

You may request a return of an unopened and unused personal-care product in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Because these are personal-care products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Start a return

Use our Contact page and include your order number and the item you want to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Damaged, incorrect, or leaking items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or leaking, contact us as soon as possible. Include the order number and clear photos of the shipping box, mailing label, packing materials, and affected product so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not already been packed or shipped. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
