## Shipping

We ship directly from our studio in Texas. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days and shipped via USPS. Because we produce in small batches, restocks and new releases may take longer to prepare. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.

## Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of personal-care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you are not satisfied with your unopened purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to arrange a return or exchange.

## Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement as long as they have not been packed for shipment. To cancel an order, email us at support@loyaltybeyond.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
